Probs should have also mentioned I can't place any blocks behind the chest because I'm doing this inside a boat.

I would just hook it up the chest up to comparator but I can't hide the redstone.

    Edit:

I found a temporary fix using a hopper to drop the dirt block into a chest and activates a command block which uses

    /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:redstone_block

And that refreshes the command block, then I use another command block to setblock the redstone block to air.

This way I can put the hopper in a separate part of the area and don't have to worry about hiding it.

But I would still appreciate if I can get this perfectly to work without the hopper.

Comparator not being updated when I do /testforblock 364 20 249 chest 3 {Items:[{id:"minecraft:dirt",Damage:0s,Slot:0b,Count:1b}]} When I take out the dirt in the chest the comparator should update but it doesn't. It only updates once I activate the command block which I don't want to happen, I want it to automatically update when the dirt is taken out of the chest.

I could hook up a comparator to the chest and easily make it work, but I wouldn't be able to hide the redstone, so that's why I need it to have it activate via Command block.

Does not work, I already have a setspawn and a set warp.

    /execute mr_compasso ~ ~ ~ /tppos 5000 50 5000

    /execute @p ~ ~ ~ /tppos 5000 50 5000

    These do not work^

    Error output:

    [00:18:27] Failed to execute '/tppos 5000 50 5000' as mr_compasso

    [00:17:53] Failed to execute '/tppos 5000 50 5000' as mr_compasso

I've tried inputting other player names and other co-ordinates and that does not work. Do I need to put values where the ~ ~ ~ are?

posted a message on I need help using Command block

Trying to make a parkour area and what I want to do is once they finish the parkour they teleport out of the area. So I'm trying to get /warp /spawn or /tppos to work but all I'm getting are these errors in the output:

[00:02:11] This command can only be executed by players.

    [00:02:41] Exception from /spawn
This command can only be executed by players.

    [00:00:36] Exception from /tppos
The argument must be a number.
    @p 5555 5 5555
    ^

    Usage: /tppos [-f] [--force] [-c] [--chunk] [<subject>] [<world>] x(-2147483648 to 2147483647) y(0 to 255) z(-2147483648 to 2147483647)

    The commands I'm inputting are:

    /spawn

    /spawn @p

    /warp one

    /warp @p one

    /tppos @p ~ ~ ~

The only things that is working are:

    /tppos mr_compasso ~ ~ ~

    /warp mr_compasso one

This is where I specify the player that is being teleported and is useless as I need any player that activates the command block to be teleported and not a specific person.
